1. I have forgotten my lockcode, how can I get back in?
Look for the [P] logo at the to of the login page and tap it 10 times slowly.
This will unset the lockcode – no recorded data will be lost.
2. How do I get a PassID?
Please contact your nurse to request your unique PRECiSE PassID.
Please only use the PassID assigned to you – and do not share it with another patient.
